Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same identity, same device, same IP address, or using different personal details to circumvent this restriction — are strictly prohibited. bk777 may close all accounts held by the same individual and forfeit all balances therein upon discovery of duplicate registration.
3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
3.4 KYC Verification. bk777 will require Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of the Player's CNIC (both sides) and may additionally include proof of payment method ownership. KYC may be required at any time at bk777's discretion.
3.5 Restricted Individuals. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of bk777 or its affiliated companies, game providers, and payment processors are not permitted to register Player Accounts or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform.
Self-Exclusion Registry: bk777 will not knowingly accept registrations from individuals who have previously self-excluded from bk777 or who have been permanently excluded by bk777 for any reason. Players who believe they have been incorrectly permitted to re-register should contact bk777 support immediately.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bk777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you become aware or reasonably suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bk777 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. bk777 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account pending investigation.
4.3 Account Currency. All bk777 Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are processed and displayed in PKR unless otherwise specified in a specific game or market interface.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is considered inactive. bk777 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee on inactive accounts after providing reasonable prior notice to the registered email address. The fee shall not cause a negative account balance.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting bk777 support. Bonus Balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bk777 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and USDT (Tether, TRC-20 network). bk777 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Players.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Account in real time following successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are typically processed within one to two hours during standard banking hours. USDT deposits are credited following the required blockchain confirmations.
5.3 Own Funds Only. Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts or methods that are registered in their own name. bk777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or business accounts in any circumstances. Detection of third-party funding will result in Account suspension pending investigation.
5.4 Deposit Limits. bk777 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per period. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming settings in their Account. Voluntary limits take effect immediately upon activation and may not be increased without a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
5.5 No Deposit Fees. bk777 does not charge fees on deposits made to Player Accounts. However, payment method providers (e.g., mobile wallet operators or banking institutions) may apply their own transaction charges, for which bk777 bears no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Real Money Balances are fully withdrawable subject to these Terms. Bonus Balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
6.2 Processing Times. bk777 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 15 to 20 minutes of approval; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers — within 1 to 4 hours during standard banking hours; USDT — within 30 to 60 minutes of approval, subject to blockchain confirmation times. These timeframes are targets and may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
6.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where this is technically possible. Where this is not possible, bk777 will contact the Player to arrange an alternative verified withdrawal method.
6.4 Withdrawal Verification. bk777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests will be held pending receipt of satisfactory documentation.
6.5 Withdrawal Limits. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per period may apply. VIP tier members benefit from enhanced withdrawal limits as specified in the bk777 VIP Programme terms. Players may contact support for details of limits applicable to their Account.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bk777 are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus credits awarded to a bk777 Account are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game categories, maximum eligible bet per spin or round, and expiry date of the bonus are set out in the specific promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Balance and any associated winnings.
7.3 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a Bonus Balance is active on a bk777 Account, the maximum eligible bet per spin, hand, or round is limited as specified in the applicable promotion terms (typically a stated PKR amount per spin or per bet). Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion Period. Unless specifically stated otherwise, each Player is entitled to claim each bk777 promotion once per stated promotion period. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or other means constitute fraud and will be treated accordingly.
7.5 Bonus Withdrawal Restriction. Bonus credits themselves are non-withdrawable in any circumstances. 7.6 bk777's Discretion. bk777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice, and to disqualify any Player from a promotion where bk777 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player is exploiting the promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended spirit.
8.1 Game Integrity. All casino games available on the bk777 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios and use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any player or by bk777.
8.2 Published RTP. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and casino game is as published by the respective game studio. RTP figures represent long-term statistical expectations and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session, session length, or bet amount.
8.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or interruption during a game session on the bk777 Platform, bk777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement rules as specified in the sports betting rules shall apply. bk777's decision on all settlement matters is final.
8.5 Obvious Error. Where a price, odds, or game parameter is listed in error ("Palpable Error"), bk777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at the erroneous price or parameter, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed or settled. The Player will receive a full refund of the stake on any bet voided under this clause.
8.6 Maximum Win Limits. bk777 may impose maximum win limits per session, per day, or per individual bet across any or all game categories. Where a Player's winnings from a session would otherwise exceed the applicable maximum win limit, the payout shall be capped at the stated maximum. Players are encouraged to check applicable win limits before placing large single bets or progressive jackpot bets.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk777 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account termination, forfeiture of all Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

12.2 By registering an Account and accepting these Terms, you consent to bk777 processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
12.3 bk777 will not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. 13.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. 13.4 Cap on Liability. bk777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bk777 Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.1 Termination by bk777. bk777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where bk777 has reasonable grounds to believe the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information, or where Account closure is required for compliance or legal reasons.
14.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination by bk777 for cause (including breach of these Terms), any remaining Bonus Balance and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Verified Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method within a reasonable period, unless the funds are subject to a fraud investigation, court order, or other legal hold.
14.3 Termination by Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting bk777 support. Voluntary closure does not affect the Player's right to withdrawal of their Real Money Balance, subject to completed KYC and verification of the withdrawal request.

15.4 Exclusion of Class Actions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved on an individual basis. You agree to waive any right to participate in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative claim against bk777.
16.1 bk777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bk777 will provide notice to Players via email to the registered address and/or via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform prior to the effective date of the changes.
16.2 The amended Terms will display a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bk777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
16.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.3.
